The machine weld “E” and “I” lamination packs and the fix of the support transformers.
This can produce one or more laminations perimeter dimension in its various pack heights, depending on how many equipments you would outfit it. The equipment change is simple and very quick (the time is about 7 minutes). The machine to work one measure at time and have one charge for transformer. The operator discharge the finished piece and insert, manually, the “I”, the “E” into the bobbin and then the support. It welds the support or clamps of the transformers. The charge and the discharge is carried manually; for to speed this process is possible to have prepared packs of “E” and “I” buying, apart, the sorting machine (to see SEMAP and SLIMP. 180). The machine have a touch screen where the operator control the movement of machine. The machine included two welding TIG machines and is certified in compliance with CE standard.
Applications
Dimension of lamination that can be assembled:
from C. 20 (EI 60) to C. 64 (EI 192), thickness 0,35 and 0,5 mm.
